With Google Workspace premium, qualified Google One members can get enhanced features on Google Meet and Google Calendar.

Get premium features for calendar appointments
You can create a booking page where people can set up unlimited appointments on your calendar at no charge.
If you have an eligible Google One membership, you get these premium features to schedule appointments:
- Different types of appointments with schedules and booking pages
- Email reminders for people who book an appointment with you
- Check schedule conflicts on your calendar

Use a professional booking page- You can set up different kinds of appointments.
- Anyone with an email address can book an appointment.
- Your booking page automatically updates to avoid conflicts.
- When someone confirms or updates a booking, you can get a notification.
- Before the appointment, people who book an appointment with you get an automatic email reminder.
- You can choose how you meet with people:
- In person
- On the phone
- On a Google Meet video call
- If you choose a video call, a Google Meet link is added to your appointment automatically.
For your appointments, you can:
- Set how soon or how far in advance someone can book an appointment with you.
- Limit on the number of appointments per day.
- Customize your appointment window.
- Add breaks in between appointments.
- Ask for more information from people who book appointments.

Longer meetingsIf you have a Google One Premium membership, you can have video calls with up to 100 people for up to 24 hours. You can also have one-on-one calls for up to 24 hours.

To help you focus during meeting, you can cancel background noise. Meet can remove background noises like typing, closing a door, room echo, or construction sound.
- When you share your screen, audio capture isn’t affected by noise cancellation.
- Meet cancels non-speech noises.
- Voices from TV or people talking won't be canceled.
- If you need other sounds in your meeting, like music, turn off noise cancellation.
- To hear all the voices, Meet adjusts the sound.
Video recordings include the active speaker and anything presented. You can also save captions. Recordings are saved to the organizer’s Meet Recordings folder in My Drive. An email with the recording link is sent to the meeting organizer and the person who started the recording. The link is added to the Calendar event.
Other windows or notifications aren’t saved in the recording. If you pin a participant to your screen, it won’t change who’s shown in the recording.
These people get notified when a recording starts or stops, but they can’t control the recording:
- People outside of your organization
- People who use mobile app
- People who use a mobile phone
Eligibility to stream
To live stream:
- The YouTube channel must be approved to live stream. This can take up to 24 hours to get approval. Learn how to start live streaming.
- The YouTube channel that you can use must be connected to the meeting you’re in. Learn how to add or remove access to your YouTube channel.
- Only people who can use the linked YouTube channels can start the live stream from Meet.
- If host management is off: Anyone in the host’s organization can start a live stream.
- If host management is on: Only the hosts and co-hosts can start a live stream.
Tip: To make it easy, make the person who wants to start the live stream a co-host. Learn how to add co-hosts in Google Meet.
To start a live stream:
- Join the meeting with the same email you use for the YouTube channels you want to stream to.
- Since you can’t start a live stream from a mobile device, join the meeting from a computer.
- If you don't have Google Workspace Individual or a Google One Premium membership, your company's admin needs to turn this feature on for you. Learn how to turn live streaming to YouTube on or off.

You can cancel your Google Workspace Individual subscription at any time. When you cancel your subscription, you’ll stop future payments for Google Workspace Individual. Subscriptions to Google Workspace Individual are nonrefundable.
To cancel your subscription- On your computer, go to manage your account.
- Under "Upcoming Payment," click Cancel subscription.
- Answer prompts.
- Click Finalize cancellation.
When you cancel your subscription, you'll receive an email that confirms your Google Workspace subscription cancellation. The confirmation email subject line is "Google Workspace: Individual plan cancellation," and is sent from the email address [email protected].
Features for Google Workspace premium are available for:
- Google One members with Premium 2 TB plans or above
- Members of their Google One family group
If you're eligible for Google Workspace premium features but still can’t find them, make sure you’re signed into the correct account. Otherwise, contact Google One support.
If you own a domain Google Account, like “[email protected]” or “[email protected],” that has an eligible Google One membership, you'll receive Google Workspace premium benefits.
If you change your Google One membership to a Google Workspace account for business or education without Google Workspace premium, you'll lose access to that feature. Learn about the premium Meet features for Google Workspace & Google One users.
Examples:
- If you change your Google One Premium membership to a Workspace Essentials Starter account, you'll lose access to background noise cancellation and meeting recordings, but you can still host longer meetings.
- If you change your Google One Premium membership to a Workplace Enterprise Starter account, you'll lose access to background noise cancellation, but can still record and host longer meetings.
